European markets appear with different opinions about price in the north part and south of majority of countries cause weakness offers base price hot rolled coil. Base price around €370/metric ton ex-works, aparently north part accept more highest price compare to the south. South prefer get mill as €15/mt less as base price. Problem appears cause buyers don't want to store merchandise due is coming end of the year according to European distribuitor.
